This is the music that captures the general mood of “Murder 1 Floor Up,” my current work in progress for a murder mystery. The only moments I’m not including here are ones that are tense or suspenseful. I’ve put together a listenable, enjoyable playlist here, something I can return to – just whenever.
If you’re actually interested in a playlist for suspense and anxiety, let me know. Though really, folks – I don’t have one that I use. The news provides plenty of that and then some. I’ve basically got a resting mind of anxiety, so this isn’t really a thing where I need help.
Some of the songs here are about feelings in certain scenes; some songs are quite specific to a particular character. I don’t want to give too much away here, but “Thunderstruck” by AC DC is Quinn’s song, and represents a key transitional moment.
