It was a grey and rainy day, ideal for staying inside. Perfect for my mood.
Marks the end of my online writing course. Last weekend, I wrote a last segment for the class. Today, I finished reading the last of the writing tasks from other students.
It was such a good experience for me, even though it was online. Actually, I doubt I’d have been fit enough for an in-person course. Probably would’ve been too much. But I was surprised by my experience.
I’m going to miss the daily checking in with everyone, the daily writing exercises. It’s just FUN. What I’d really love is a tight group of writerly friends. Comrades with books in arms. I feel strongly that such a thing can only be had in person.
