Dear Diary,
Saw something called a Book Nook online today and it gave me an idea. Made a quick sketch of my version to it – but for a magazine, as for a cafe. I think this could be really cool.
One day, I’ll be running my own cafe. It’s going to be amazing!
Can’t wait to get done with chemo so I can get back to experimental cooking and devising new recipes for the place. It’s hard not being able to do that stuff. I just have to remember: I’m getting closer. One more chemo dose. Then surgery. After that, it’s just antibodies until May. I can do this. I am doing this.
September is my online writing course. I should already be cooking again by then.
