Dear Diary,
An errand in Wiesbaden meant spending a good portion of the day there.
Found an amazing sushi place of high caliber. Yozora-17. Everything about the place is artful and done with intent. Passion. That goes a long way with me.
Everything was terrific and it made me feel like I was on a mini-vacation. Getting away from being either at the hospital or at home recovering from the hospital is a welcome change of pace.
I forget sometimes how quickly I get tired due to chemo. We’d planned to also visit the cultural museum, but that wasn’t really possible for me. Just walking a little bit around the downtown area was almost more than I could handle. But I’m really proud of what I was able to do.
